LT Leisure Holiday Sdn Bhd

  以前.在导游学校常想成为导游后是如何?! 不会驾车的我如何上成为导游.我以为比"  登天还难".结果,我家附近的小旅行社聘请新员工.但是,薪水中等....女老板Mdn.Yien 偏故事告诉我公司要广大发展要请很多新员工.原本,这间旅行公司在KL but move to Alam Jaya.

  我傻傻很开心,老天爷给我完成梦想.I join this company not becasue earn more $$$ is because complete my dream. I complete many dream in this year. For example, buy a expensive present for my mother. I buy some things for myself.

  After I join only who work in travel company can don't sleep 3-5days and not eat 2 days.Becasue some of their partnet take some money and run to open another travel company near alam jaya.Thier always eat maggie. She ady 3 yar no buy clothes . She ady 5 year no reborn hair.She buy many box maggie back office and eat . Sometimes she will stay over night in office.She pity than worker.

  If my dream position is cannot sleep ,not leave and cannot earn money I don't want this kind of live. My boss have a daughter name is " Lai Si Yu" . She is cut and talkative.She is pity never buy a toy more than RM5.她“人小鬼大”和“古灵精怪”。She is very fat!!! 6 Years old is 25kg.She know Today is my last day so draw a picture to me hope me will "Happy Forever".I always teach she do homework .My boss attitude not good , what things also like tunggu and nanti.Finally, our company phone also cut line but TM. Boss what also talk . Whatever bad and good thing's also talk . I feel she very terrible. I feel she wear like toilet aunty. Reason why I leave this job because boss late paid us salary , like own money from another partnet and staff. And 什么都要我们员工催他才给我们包括薪水。

CS 打工的日子

    首先，我要感谢我的小学朋友~素华 介绍我Cs上班。因为,当时是年尾很难找工作。没入息很难过生活，还要每个给家用和保险. 无论，有没有工作都要付保险费和家用..在家会“坐吃山崩”.

 

    一开始上班ok,在Cs里面大部分是马来人上班...那边的工作是不是一个部门

一个部门.在那里工作不能不谈天,睡觉,上自己喜爱的网站一直工作......那边的冷气很冷,我带两件厚的jacket during work.My supevisor name is "Veronica". She is mor ethan 30 years old work in Cs more than 7 years . She is looks like thin and white skin. She have short hair. She salary more than RM3000 but dont know drive ..... She is good never talk lound when teach me . Everyday , she father fetch he when lunch time and back home. But I never see her father real face before.

   She is "Home Potato" and always in home.She work ot until 7 or 8 pm. Boss dont always come office .  Boss will use cctv to see us performance. My parent is difficult need take lunch to me every day of 2 ways + 2 ways go & back home.

 My mother buy and bring the food for me don't like so 吃不下..由于Cs的冷气很冷导致我生病了两次.我在那边工作了两个月就停止工作.那边的老板Ms Ann 怀疑我买mc ...第一月我请假了一天,第二个月 我请假了2天,工作2  天然连续休假5天.在Cs工作....其中一天
,我咳嗽到无法呼吸到Hospital Pantai 看医生和照肺.结果,照了肺没事花了400.我咳嗽到半夜3点才睡觉,一天睡3-4个小时.早上5点就起来咳嗽....我从来没咳嗽过那么厉害....

  在此,say thanks to my Aunty Elaine let me staying Grandmother house . Aunty Joisy cook for me aet and teach me how to cook abc soup with mee and roster chicken .....

  我不喜欢别人冤枉我,要是不信我没意思.要是是误会我解释过一次还是被误会无论在朋友,家人或工作不信我就要和你say "Good Bye". I am a easy going people.

  在Cs上班,不是5 day shift .I need work on every Saturday until 1:30pm. 在Cs 上班新水900而已像外崂,  新年只是休假年初一和初二而已....理由我厂在那边工作老板告诉我工作了cofirm 后会加到之前的新水一样.这里每年薪水不300-1000这样加.哪里知道Ms .Ann 是"双面人"..我在辞职时想要骂Ms .Ann 可是她在我老板心中是很好.我要给面子我的中学朋友.....最后,没骂Ms .Ann ..
  Ms .Ann还在我辞职当天在Veronica面前做一场戏,她做好人要留我...看到她想呕@@.
我很开心Veronica有在Ms .Ann 面前帮和
赞我.tashiyige好上司.
这里工作是我人生最低的薪水让我看穿一个之前让我尊敬的长辈觉得失望,她觉得我薪水很少看不起我.从当天起我就决定以后不和这种女人一起过生活.然后,谢谢她我家人出了a new car 刚好让我的身份提高.那个  女人"狗眼看人低"在现实生活中我不能骂她,因为以后可能要和她一起住.

在World WIde Cointaner Sdn Bhd 威风的日子

等了很久薪水还没发，然后打了两次手机到World WIde Cointaner Sdn Bhd 还没拿到薪水。一到4月6号，我就“迫不及待”直接上门拿xinshui。结果，那个“巴傻婆”在公司门口看到我作non me 老点我倒后面工厂。她说Ms Lee wait in there,Finally , I walk to kilang belakang.Ching Hong giv eme ms Lee hp number but I cannot call she dint answer me. When I reach kkilang belakang 3 dogs chanse me T...T. Luckly, I run faster . My mother feel angry and tell me don't get salary because boss 很狠毒。。。。我很火滚，心不服气就一直按公司门铃和用脚踢公司门。结果，巴傻婆没有回应........假装没人在公司里面。 最后，我真的很生气就拿我的Appoitment Letter "巴傻婆”的名字不发薪水给我。。。。。。。。结果，她没脸就出来解释，发薪水给我。。。。以后，见到她都不用打招呼.

Worldwide cointaner 工作的日子。。。。。。。。。。

很久没在Blog打字，因为我忘记了密码；哭都没眼泪。。。呵呵！！！！ 因为，到Krabi 旅游回来。。。我有回心去上班。我长到那么大不知道。自己要做什么工??!!我应征了3份工作 ,WORLDWIDE COITANER provide me salary Rm1600 我就立刻上班。。。。。 在Hyundai 离职change 1job 到这份工作.After I interview 3 job only sucess interview in this job at will start work at 17/3/15.When interview Ching Hong tell me boss not good always scoold staff. But I unbelieve because not people like x boss Alice always scold staff那么阴。。。。I think can work in Hyundai more than 1 year not job cannot work so try work in "Worldwide Cointaner" be Hr assintance..... 一开始以为Hr easy to be. But no think like so easy as before.....If easy to be hr people no need study in oversea to get degree.Boss is crazy. When I start work firsst week give me to take care 10 staff.Some staff name is Adnan lost Toll & Diesel cannot claim 1 cent of 2 ways Lorry.He was very angry kick the gate 和拍table.....Omg !!!I fell scare and worry think if work more than 1 moths will have salary or not to me?! 我的工作范围 ~Call driver where they are and reach in morning ~Check Gps and write down where driver reach ~Count Toll and diesel rcp of 10 driver ~Arrange where they need send barang to ？ ~Wash ffreshgirator and take barang yang berat and many things。 I know Ching Hong and Nat in this company。Ching Hong salary more than Rm2500 as acc，she just work nearly 4 months。 Nat work more long than 5month but boss perempuan janji after 3 month will add than salary and add nat RM150。Why Nat need take barang berat and go take berat thing in belakang kilang 。Ching hong no need take barang berat ？ Someday boss lelaki suruh saya take botol and his beg with no polite。I paid money to my staff and call they hele me take thing from boss 。I am not interview maid why need do all beart things and wai lao de gong zuo？ Boss 常常用粗口和骂老板去死？还骂到她哭？我不懂为什么女老板当初会嫁给男老板？ 工作的最后一天，我给老板bully。她告诉我一个月的Tol and recepit pass to me and 剩下一张。Ching Hong and I start find to lreceipt until 12:00pm .We find many place like Meeting Room , Toilet ,another staff table and drawer also cannot find. We just 1 place dint find is boss female's prvacy office because she tell us she have many gold inside office we cannot go inside. Finally , I know what happen. Boss of female bully me hide the tol & recipt and dont let me find. Total of Tol % petrol receipt is RM11 thousand........Lastly,I feel scare and cry .After than , I call Aunty Elaine for help because I dont know any thing of when face this promblem. After finish lunch , Ching Hong call me pretend nothing happen an work until 6:00pm back home .
After than, cousin and I went to "Loundspeaker " in C180 sing k RM3.80 for female with 3 hous and free drink.

～不要强帮同事强出头，只要工作的一天。一定有其中一个同事被排测....
